In response to the government’s policy of developing the countries tourism industry, the Ambassador Hotel was incorporated with the goal of establishing an international standard hotel in Taiwan.

The hotel opened its head office on the current site of the Ambassador Hotel Taipei.

In response to the government’s policy of improving the tourism industry in southern Taiwan, the Ambassador Kaoshiung was founded.

Stock dividends were paid to Ambassador shareholders and the Ambassador Taipei initiated an expansion project.

The Ambassador Taipei expansion project was completed.

The Ambassador Kaoshiung was opened. This allowed the Ambassador group to expand business opportunities in both the north and south of Taiwan.

The Ambassador begins expanding by investing in international hotel chains and travel agencies.

The Ambassador begins expanding into the food and beverage business in department stores.

Construction of the Ambassador Hsinchu begins. The hotel is expected to cater to the expanding business from the Hsinchu Science Park and new local tourism industry.
