All about Welcome Member Loyalty Program
1. What is the requirement for WM membership?
Ans: The application is free of charge. Simply notify our front desk staff when you check-in at Ambassador Hotels Taiwan. Our staff will apply the membership for you from the hotel system. Your will then receive a confirmation e-mail from us the next day after your application.
2. How long does it take to receive my membership card?
Ans: Normally it takes 2-3 weeks, depends on the delivery address. If you leave a company address, please state the department or division information to avoid mail return. The quickest way is to pick-up the card at our hotel upon your next visit.
3. How does the WM accumulation of award points works?
Ans: 10 points will be awarded for every NT$ 1,000 eligible incidental charges billed to the member’s room.
4. All consumption in Ambassador Hotel can accumulate award points, True?
Ans: No. Award point calculation base on the room rate and other eligible incidental charges. The eligible incidental charges generally include the expenditure on in-room beverages and entertainment, which should be directly operated and provided by the hotel itself, and other charges, such as laundry, telephone, photocopy and fax charges that are billed to the member’s room.
5. Is the WM accumulated award points lifetime available?
Ans: Yes, unless the program terminates by the Ambassador Hotel Co. Ltd., the accumulated award points are lifetime available. It does not apply for the account cancellation situation. When the member system canceled an account, all the accumulated award points will be cancelled at the same time.
6. What is the requirement for the WM Platinum Class membership?
Ans: The WM Program offers Gold and Platinum membership tiers. Gold member may become a Platinum member in accordance with the member’s expense records. Platinum membership will be given to member whom, in the course of one calendar year, accumulate a minimum of 15 stays or 30 nights
7. Can I purchase the WM award points?
Ans: NO. The Ambassador Welcome Member program has been designed to reward and encourage individual consumption and expenditure at the Ambassador Hotels. NO Ambassador Welcome Member points can be acquired by purchase.
