Requirements for Membership
• Whether domestic or foreigner that is aged 21 to 69, have a legal occupation, well behavior and health.
• The applicant of the sub card is only for the spouse. • The applicant needs to prepare the applications, once approved by our company and the membership fee is paid, then the application will have the formal membership qualification.

• The Sub Card member is only for the spouse.

Procedures：
- • The applicant is required to have the documents listed below:
- 1. The Master and Sub Card applicant is required to have an ID or passport。
- 2. Fill in the application and sign the membership agreement.
- 3. The Mater and Sub Card applicant is required to supply two color pictures of 2”.

Membership Transferring
• The One Year Membership allows applying for a one time transfer, the Three Year
Membership allows a transfer twice, the Five Year Membership allows a transfer three
times.
How to Pay
- • Membership fee and the monthly lowest consumption can be paid with cash, remittance, credit card or postdated cheque.
- • Required to payoff the membership fee at once.
- • Except for the consumptions on the guest rooms, business center, car rental, all types of lodging and dining coupons, Ambassador coupons, the swimming class of our center, and the parking fee, the remaining consumptions at the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung can be used to deduct the monthly lowest consumption amount.

- • Members are allowed the use of the following facilities: Fitness Room, Sauna, and Swimming Pool etc.

Guest Room Special Offer:
- 1. Members and he/she purchase for the friends or families can enjoy the special offer of the R-Class in accordance to the contract of the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung.
- 2. Above-mentioned membership special offers are not available for the room prices of the Special Lodging Promotion.

Dining Special Offer:
- 1. Members can enjoy the special offers for 10% off (within a 12 people group each time) in the restaurants of the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung (including: Aloha Garden, Ru-I Lunge, Canton Court, Szechuan Court, and Sky Lounge; the private dining rooms are excluded).
- 2. Members can enjoy the special offer dining 10% off at the private dining rooms (maximum 3 tables each time) of the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung. (the lowest consumption amount of each tables in the private dining room regards to the standards of the restaurants and bars)
- 3. Members are offered the 10% off of consuming the self-produced products of the Le Bouquet of the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung.
- 4. Members are offered special discount 20% off at the meeting and conference rooms’ rental of the Ambassador Hotel Kaohsiung except for the International Hall and Top of Ambassador.
- 5. The above-mentioned special dining offers for the members, that the member must present his/her member card when checking out, and can not be using on other dining packages or promotions.

- Members can enjoy the special offer of the 3 hours free parking when using the facilities at the Health Center.
